Dry Product
Xeltron® XV series offer a wide range of models for sorting different products from small grains such as rice, quinoa, and sesame; medium products such as green and roasted coffee, beans, spices such as pepper and cardamom, as well as recyclable plastic pellets; to large products such as nuts and cocoa, among others.

The XV models have high resolution speed and data exposure cameras, 15” industrial touch screen with easy-to-use Xeltron® interface, independent ribbed trays for reclassification options and a production that varies from 200 kg to 18 tons per hour.

Wet Product
Xeltron® XLT series are specifically designed to sort wet products such as coffee berries, cranberries, and olives; with stainless steel parts where in contact with water, high-resolution speed and data exposure cameras, 15” industrial touch screen with Xeltron®’s user-friendly interface, independent flat trays with the possibility of reclassification and with a production of 3, 6 and 9 tons/hour.

Minimum Downtime
Xeltron® Optical Sorters are dust-sealed with a built-in cooling system to protect electronic components from high temperatures and ruggedly built to withstand harsh environments.

Low-Cost Maintenance
Fast and efficient on-site technical services and real-time remote assistance service, as well as available spare parts stock keep downtime to a minimum.

Laboratory Support
